Do you offer free shipping / delivery?
NO, at present we do not have free shipping / delivery. Shipping / delivery charge will be applicable. 

Can an order be placed over phone? 
No, you need to place an order from our website www.gonutrilife.com only. 

How would you inform us about the order placed & confirmation? 

We will send you an SMS / an e-mail confirming the receipt of payment and the order number once order is placed and payment is authorized by you. We process online payments through reputed payment gateways, which provide secure encrypted connections for all Credit Cards, Debit Card &  Net Banking transactions.

Can products be added to the order placed by us in case we have forgotten a few items? 
No. You will not be able to make any changes to the items you have ordered. You may place another order for the items missed out.

What is the delivery schedule of my order?

The delivery time varies from city-to-city. We process & ship the order within 1-2 working days from the date of receipt of order and payment. Our courier partner(s) thrive to deliver your order within 4 - 6 working days from the date of dispatch from our office. However, it may take longer based on geographic location.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will send an e-mail with tracking details and order number.

What is the procedure if i do not receive an order confirmation?

If you don´t receive any confirmation mail, please check your spam folders. Some e-mail server’s flag automated messages as spam. In case of incorrect e-mail id provided during an order, please write to us at info@gonutrilife.com our customer support team will assist you with the order confirmation / related information.

Can the delivery address be changed after I have placed an order?

Once the goods are dispatched from our office we will not be able to help you on this, as our registered logistics partner will not allow us to change the delivery address once we handover the consignments to them. Please call our customer support team to know more.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I cancel or change my order?
Order cancellations will generally not be entertained. If the order has not been shipped then a cancellation may be accepted and the Company reserves the right to allow cancellation of order at its sole discretion. Kindly refer to our cancellation and return policy.

How do I get my refund in case my order is cancelled?
All eligible refunds against cancellation of orders by the customer before dispatching the order or procurement of the products for the order will be subject to deduction of 2% of the invoice value which is already paid (Transaction value) as banking and transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to the customer.
If your order value is less than Rs 500/- we offer refund in terms of credit note. This credit note will be valid for a period of 3 months and you can use this credit in your next purchase on www.gonutrilife.com.

Will you exchange the products once purchased?
Exchange is subject to the below conditions -

  • Supplied product(s) are different from the products ordered.
  • Supplied product(s) do not meet the description as found on our website.

Will you replace the products if damaged during transit? We take utmost care to pack our products; though rarely if you receive damaged products, do write to us within 24hours from the date of receipt of products with few images. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Do you have reverse pickup service?
No. You will be responsible to take utmost care while returning the product to our office. Do write to us, we will be happy to guide you in packing the products you wish to return.
