Shipping policy & Delivery Policy

PURCHASE of products on our website can be done by following the below steps:

  1. Click on the products you wish to buy
  2. Input the quantity of the products selected that you wish to buy, then click "Add to Cart";
  3. Once you have finished shopping, click on the “Shopping Cart” review your order, make changes to your order (if necessary), complete the delivery and payment details, indicate your preferred delivery method, then click on "Confirm Payment";
  4. You will then be transferred to a payment gateway to process your payment details, at which point you will be subject to certain terms and conditions of payment gateway. No changes to your Order will be possible once your payment has been processed.
  5. We will then send you an order confirmation by E-mail to confirm your order placed.
  6. When the order is dispatched, we will send you courier details by E-mail.
  7. In case we are unable to process your order as the requested products being out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will inform you by E-mail. In case of cancellation from your end, we will send you order cancellation e-mail confirming cancellation of your order (See our Cancellation and Return policy). If you want to proceed with the order notwithstanding that there will be a delay in delivery of the products due out of stock or unavailable, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail once we have dispatched your products to you.
  8. www.gonutrilife.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only and to the specific geographies serviced by them. We ship throughout the week during normal working hours between 10 am to 5 pm, except Saturday/Sunday/Public holidays (which are excluded to prevent the lag in shipments).
  9. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days post the receipt of the order and full payment, depending on availability of the fresh product. Delivery of all orders will be duly dispatched to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In order to avoid disappointment, we will not accept orders that need to be delivered to any pin code not serviced by our reputed courier partners.
  10. Please note that the delivery timing depends on a number of factors like: weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions and other special events. However, we will always endeavor to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier partners in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. Special care is taken to package products in a secure cardboard box that ensures safe delivery direct to your doorstep.

SHIPPING CHARGE: 

We deliver all products fresh and direct to you. We use only the best available courier partners. The exact shipping charge can vary depending on the weight of the product, the location, the bulkiness of the packaging of the products ordered and the courier partner selected by you. The shipping charges will be shown at the time of confirming the order and before making the payment.

SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Unless otherwise agreed with you, products ordered will be shipped within the stipulated time as stated in the order confirmation e-mail
  2. We shall use our reasonable actions to meet any date agreed for shipment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet the estimated shipping date.
  3.  Products will be shipped to the shipping address as specified in the order and you shall make all necessary arrangements to receive the products derived to you by our courier partners.
  4. Our courier partners will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products to you, However if you are not residing at the contact address provided to us or have not made arrangements to collect the delivery and / or the courier is unable to contact you for this purpose, your purchase will be deemed as “cancelled “.
  5.  Where the size / quantum of the products requires someone to be present at your address for delivery and you are not present, your placement of an order authorizes us to accept the signature of another person present at your address and deliver the products to them on your behalf or to leave the products in a safe place or with a neighbor.
  6. Any applicable octori will be payable by the customer. Please pay octori to the courier company if requested by them. www.gonutrilife.com is not responsible for any payments of octori.
  7. Deliveries made for products purchased on www.gonutrilife.com are done by our courier partners (hereby known and referred to as "delivery provider(s)") who act as the link between the customer and www.gonutrilife.com. www.gonutrilife.com is not in any way legally linked to our courier partners.

You agree to not hold www.gonutrilife.com responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for any situations arising from the actions, behavior, conduct, efficiency and/or negligence of the delivery providers.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

  1. You warrant and undertake to us that: (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions; (b) the information provided in your Order is accurate and complete; and (c) you or your authorized person will be able to accept delivery of the Products.
  2. The price is quoted in INR and is inclusive of GST. Website comprises large number of products and there are possibilities that some of the prices on the website and / or on our advertisements may not be matching, in such events we will not be liable to supply the product/s at the lower price. We will notify you of the change/s prior to dispatching the product/s and will intimate the exact price. In case of non-acceptance at your end we may proceed for cancellation of your order and refund of the payment received to your account directly. In case, if we are unable to contact you then we will treat the order as cancelled and we shall proceed to refund the payment received to your account directly.
  3. If we ascertain or we are of the opinion (we shall, at our sole discretion) that you are not legally entitled to place order certain product/s, we shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without any notice.
  4. In the event of any cancellation of the order/s, we shall notify you by e-mail and or to the billing address / phone number provided at the time the order placement.
  5. Cancellation of order/s by the customer is not accepted once the order is dispatched or products are procured for the order placed. You understand that we procure fresh products only after receiving your confirmed order and full payment.
  6. In case of change in the shipping address, write to info@gonutrilife.com. Order / parcel can be dispatched to the new address in case the parcel is not yet handed over to the shipping partner.  Once the parcel is handed over to our shipping partner we will not have any control to change the shipping address.
  7. All eligible refunds against cancellation of orders by the customer before dispatching the order or procurement of the products for the order will be subject to deduction of 2% of the invoice value which is already paid (Transaction value) as banking and transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to the customer. You understand and agree to such deduction while placing the cancellation request for any Order before the dispatch of the order or procurement of the Products for the order.
  8. The customer will be bound by the cancellation and return policy of the company and shall not hold the company liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation of the order.

DELIVERY TIME

We try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you within 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of receipt of the order and full payment.  E-mail is sent on the date of dispatch the exact date and time of delivery cannot be predicted. www.gonutrilife.com will ship your products with utmost care to ensure freshness and delivery in a proper condition, as we pick the products ONLY after you place the order.

However, in certain situations we will not be able to deliver within 4-7 days. Any extra ordinary delay would be intimated to you via separate e-mail

www.gonutrilife.com reserves right to cancel any order, if the delivery location is blacklisted in our delivery system amount paid by the customer will be duly refunded.
